Is there any news or developments on the seba & Diego front or on any new faces?

It is being reported that Buonanotte has signed for Granada for €2.3m (half what we paid for him!). At the moment, Seba isn't going anywhere.

Just heard we've signed the Chilean midfielder Pedro Morales from Dinamo Zagreb.. hope when the Copa del America kicks off we have a squad left as nearly all our players are South American...

Is he any good? Winger, defensive or creative attacking midfielder?

Another attacking midfielder. Just what we are short of!

He has actually been playing back in Chile, most recently for a club called Club Deportivo O'Higgins! The fact that Dinamo Zagreb loaned him out there doesn't seem all that encouraging. However, he does have a pretty good scoring record for a midfielder (24 in 60 games for Dinamo) and has played 14 times for Chile. Lets hope that he turns out to be a pleasant surprise, like his compatriot Iturra has been. At least he should be better than his namesakes - Chengue and OJ!

He is yet another loanee with us till the end of the season. That's about 7 players who contracts expire or loans terminate at the end of the season. Looks like the club doesn't want to spend money and contract players until they know whether we will be in the Champions League next year or not.

He could be good clearly just a replacement for wee Diego! But yet another loaner, not good and I think we still need another forward!

Well I for one am sad to see Bounanotte leave, he is a fantastic signing for a club like granada and I hope he helps them stay up!! I´m watching closely before deadline shuts to see if we are able to bring in a much needed right back, its just not fair to play Sanchez wide, he has played some good games at centre half (in the Camp nou he was excellent) but he is lost out wide, it would be nice to have cover also for Moreal, Eliseu is much better as an attacker!

According to Wiki he regained the form at Universidad de Chile that the loss of led to Zagreb loaning him back there. There are some good finishes in this video during his first spell there 3 years ago, and he can certainly take a free kick. Look out for his former Universidad and now new Málaga teammate during a goal celebration.

This video was uploaded in December with footage at Zagreb and U de Chile. If he plays like this we won't need that striker! Then again he might have gone off the boil again at Deportivo Top O' The Mornin' Girls Feck Drink or whatever they're called.

I certainly hope not he is almost irreplaceable for us and would mean Eliseu playing left back which leaves us losing him going forward! Not happy really not happy I only just my new shirt in October with 15 monreal on the back . It can't happen it just can't

I've been watching the Monreal to Arsenal Twitterstorm, initially with amusement, then with growing concern and now with disbelief. Radio Marca are now saying that he is in London for a medical and to sign a contract. This has now been picked up by As and Sur.

I don't understand this at all. He cant play for them in the CL; they have a pretty good left back in Gibbs; we have no replacement lined up.

If this does prove to be true then the club must be in a worse financial position than even I thought, or else they have collectively taken leave of their senses. And for a reported fee of only €10m.

This is sickening. If true, why do we bother?
