All games are on TV whether terrestrial or satellite or pay per view. Find a Malaga bar the game will be on.

Well the start of the season is just over 3 hours away, about to head off down for a few beers and hopefully 3 points in the bag.

Absolutely brilliant opening game of the season.

Winning 2-1 until the 90th minute when they equalize, only for us to go and score 30 seconds later while their fans are still celebrating [biggrin]

Bit of a sore subject with some fans is this, but no he isn't there was a lot of hoo har about it all i don't know the full store about why he isn't i know that some people were pretty pissed about it though.

Thats his side of the story, though im sure there is more to it than him not been fat enough. Im sure there was something about the football league wanting mascots to be wearing like the whole fluffy outfit thing or something.

Yeah, reading between the lines, guessing that they have used the weight issue to stop using him.
Shame is he was really unique with football mascots and was a top bloke when I met him

3 Weeks today till i come out i cant wait, think me and my friend will be trying to do a tour of the stadium seen as Malaga are away when we are over. Going to pick up a shirt from either the shop at the stadium or the one in Fuengirola. Were going to watch the game vs Real Sociedad at a bar in Arroyo [biggrin]

Are you going to the shay a week on saturday for the fa cup round 1 very local derby against Halifax? The Halifax goalkeeper cuts my hair in his shop and offered me some free tickets for a match I and some friends were going to back in december but in the end I was unable to go.

edit:make that sunday midday for the BT sport tv cameras.

Sadly im not going as i was in Spain when the tickets went on sale and i think we have sold out now, plus i am working but ill be recording it and avoiding the score.

Anyway i had a brill time in Spain and watched the game vs Real Sociedad at a bar in Arroyo with a group of spanish lads who were great. Looking at coming out for a long weekend in April hopefully for the Athletico game, would you think tickets for that game would be hard to get?

You can buy tickets now starting at €15.00 and print them off even though the day and time won't be confirmed until about 4-6 weeks beforehand.

Ah awesome Chocky, thank you very much. Just need to sort out getting a day off work and telling the Mrs she wont be happy but who cares ;p

It will either be the Athletico game or the Deportivo game haven't decided yet.

As for the day and time to be confirmed, is there any chance the game could be moved outside of the weekend, as ill only be looking at coming out from Friday night till monday night.
