hello from the uk , we will be in malaga for this fixture, and it will be mine and my sons first ever game, we have previously visited the ground on holiday but our dates have never coincided with a home game, i would really appreciate if any one could advise on the best way to obtain 2 tickets, either wait untill online ,( i have no idea of the best online ticket broker) or from the ground, also the best area to be as a newbie to the ground to watch the match..thank you .

Hiya Mark

Just be aware the game is only pencilled in for Sunday 15th Oct at this present time until a few weeks prior to the fixture .

There's always plenty of tickets available for nearly every game., as its only every sold out when the big boys are in town (or the club decide to give every school child in Andalusia a free ticket !!)

If you go on FB look for Malaga matchtickets they have tickets and transport to every home la liga games

Hi Mark

I am from Northallerton, just down the road from you!  We went to the Las Palmas game in February when we were staying in Malaga.  Booked the tickets on club website, you can choose the exact seat you want.  Just print them out at home and take them with you, its all really easy.

There was a great atmosphere at the game and we really enjoyed it, will definitely be going again this season.

You should also try and visit The Tavern in Marbella, home of the Pena.  We popped in just to see and ended up having a lock in until 2am with Pam and a few others!

Hi Mark

I know quite a few Darlo supporters from Northallerton, they call themselves the "Darlo Tykes".  Don't laugh, but I am actually a York City supporter! Will be good to play Darlo again this season.

You will have a great time at the Malaga game and The Tavern if you get there, it's well worth a visit in Marbella's beautiful old town.

Cheers

well be related next ! ha, yes i remember the tykes they used to get a box at the arena from time to time when Darlington played at the 25k white elephant (the rugby club play there now with under 1000 supporters) i think york will do well this season, is your new ground (complex) still going ahead ?

p.s i see the hangers have got off to a great start (:

Hi Mark

They are supposed to be starting the new stadium in October, finally!  Great win for you guys at Salford today, disappointing start for us but early days!

Good luck for the season.

Hi Mark

We were in block 246 I think.  The seats are very close to the pitch which creates a good atmosphere.  If we go again I think I would choose a block in the 400's to look down on the game more.

If you prefer to be behind the goal, the vocal/singing Malaga fans are in the Fondo Sur end right behind the goal.  Away supporters were in block 514/516 I think.

Are you going on Tuesday? I will be there, should be a good game!
